Product depicted on this site are only representations of each knife we sell. All knives are hand made to order and each knife will very in small aspects. Each knife has it's own character and in the Japanese tradition it's own soul. They are not exact pictures of the knife you will receive. 

Customs Fees
Orders out side of Japan, the customer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes. 

Payment
We accept PayPal payments or Telegraphic Transfer. We only accept full payment on all orders. 

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy.  Any information your register is exclusive for Handmade Knife Japan (Global Courier). 

Special Orders/ Custom Orders

Special orders or Custom orders for example left handed knives, cannot be canceled once the order is placed. Please take time and consider your purchase well. We will give you any assisters need to find the right knife for your needs.

• No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 14 days from original date of purchase.
• Please contact our Customer Service representatives at handmadeknifejapan@gmail.com
• Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original packaging and condition.
• Items purchased may be returned for exchange or credit towards a future purchase.
• If upon return, items are found to be damaged, they will not be accepted or credited.
• Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.
• Left handed knives are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Import orders, special orders and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
